Novology

Initiatives

We have an eye over the horizon and an interest in delivering new answers to evolving questions.
Here’s a glimpse of our own developments.

CatalitIQ

Intelligence for catalysts.

Novology’s CatalitIQ (‘catalytic’) project employs multi-domain network analysis and visualisation to accelerate team building, expand situational awareness, and make sense of gaps and opportunities across the systems transformation landscape.

We’re connecting the dots to supercharge grass-roots action, and accelerate a return to planetary boundaries.

Projects

Novology works with clients and community to support their needs
while building on awareness and regenerative practices.

(“Working together for the land”)
Q1-2 2023

During the first half of 2023, Novology’s Yachal Upson led the KMTT Climate Adaptation and Resilience work-stream.

This was one of seven domain-focussed teams tasked with capturing and making sense of interacting ecosystem threats across the top of the South Island.

Workstreams were facilitated in The Nature Conservancy’s ‘Restoration by Design’ framework but retained autonomy to deliver insights and recommendations.
The outcome was an interwoven package of strategy proposals for deployment in 2024+
